The system includes a column dumper (cart dumper) for ergonomic and efficient product loading, a full stainless-steel mezzanine with staircase, and a pneumatically assisted lift-up lid for safe and easy access during sanitation. Inside, dual counter-rotating paddle shafts provide fast, uniform mixing with scrapers.
