> Will completely inspect and recondition the mixer to include the following:
> Remove and inspect both mixing shafts.
> Replace all shaft bearing seals on both sides of the mixer.
> Replace bowl seals.
> Recondition the 40 HP main drive motor, including installation of new bearings and seals, followed by complete operational testing.
> Repair and align both safety guard doors.
> Install and test new safety interlock switches on both guard doors.
> Prepare exterior surfaces by sanding and repairing areas as required.
> Apply a new FDA-approved stainless steel coating to all painted steel surfaces for a clean, professional finish.
> Perform a complete shop run test prior to shipment.
> Allow up to 4 Weeks
