> Stainless-steel mixing arm removed, inspected and professionally buffed.
> New 20 HP main drive motor installed.
> New bowl dump motor and gear drive system installed.
> Drive system inspected, aligned and adjusted during reassembly
Flour & Water Connections:
> The mixer canopy is equipped with dedicated connections for flour and water, allowing the mixer to be connected to an automatic flour delivery system and a metered water supply. The connections are positioned above the mixing bowl for direct ingredient addition and can be integrated into an automated batch mixing system.
Condition:
> The mixer is offered as a fully rebuilt production machine, not simply cleaned and painted. Major wear components, bearings, bushings, drive components, motors and controls have been replaced or rebuilt as part of the refurbishment. Stainless-steel product-contact components have been cleaned and refinished, and the mechanical and electrical systems have been inspected and tested prior to shipment.
