This is a Used Weighpack Systems Swifty Mini Pouch Filler and Scale and includes a Canapa Jar Filling Line. This is an automated packaging system to automatically weigh and fill dry cannabis flower into cylindrical plastic or glass containers or pre-made pouches. It has a Canapa precision weighing system with Pre-CheQ inline weight analyzer. It was last running 3.5 / 714 gram jars and 3.5 / 14 / 28 gram pouches. This system includes a Primocombi 14 Head-0.5L multi head weigher with PreCheq feeder. Horizontal feeder to scale, 8′ long indexing conveyor with single filling station, 48″ diam rotary accumulation table, floor stand to support scale, KAPR-1 single chuck capper with bowl feeder, cap size range: 20mm – 105mm (with changeparts). Single side wrap labeler with Domino V320i hot stamp coder. Swifty Bagger Mini to interchange under scale (zippers on bags must be pre-opened). Also includes a Domino Ax 350i ink jet printer for pouches, and labeler for pre-made pouches, hand fed for applying labels to the top of empty pouches. Line purchased new in 2024.
