Description
- Purpose: It is specifically designed to handle tortillas, with paddles that gently push stacks into bags, making it suitable for 6” to 14” diameter tortillas (or 6-16 inches in length, 3-11 inches in width).
- Speed: The machine operates at speeds of up to 60 bags per minute, depending on the application.
- Features: It utilizes a tabletop infeed conveyor, air-blow bag opening, and product transfer paddles.
- Compatibility: It uses wicketed polyethylene bags and can be configured with optional band sealers.
- Specially designed paddles gently push the stack through the machine and into the bag
- Air blow bag opening system prepares each bag for insertion of the tortilla stacks
- After the tortillas are placed in the bag, the bag openers release and the belt discharge conveyor moves the bag out of the bagger
