- Dry topping dispenser to place in particles or inclusions in middle after first deposit
- Self contained water heater system to connect to jacket of hopper for holding temperature of filling Operation
- Cookies are placed in cartridge chutes by production operator(s) (vibratory or belt feeding system can be quoted)
- Cookies are sensed by electronics eyes and pushed onto a belt where they are aligned via auto aligning gate
- Cookies then advance under depositing nozzles and filling is deposited. NO COOKIE NO DEPOSIT on each row
- Cookie advances to dry filling topper. If not being used, the cookie advances to the second capper section where cookies are in the chutes (previously filled by machine operators) and the top cookie is placed. Then advances and is slightly pressed together.
- The cookie then goes to the cooling tunnel (supplied by others,) or to a take-off conveyor (we presently have the conveyor built if needed)
